Nutrition sessions are by appointment, evening appointments available.
We kindly request 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Payment:
Full payment (cash or check only) is due at time of session.
Insurance coverage:
Some insurance companies cover nutrition services. Please contact your insurance
company to verify coverage. Clients are encouraged to submit for insurance
reimbursement and are provided with the appropriate forms to do so.
