To Schedule an Appointment

- Appointments are available weekly on Monday and Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. New client appointments are scheduled no later than 5:00 p.m.
Cancellations and Reschedule Notification
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. With 24 hours notice I am able to schedule someone else in your time slot; anything less than 24 hours leaves me unable to do so, and you will be charged the full session fee for the missed or rescheduled session. This policy is strictly enforced, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
No-Show Charge
When you do not honor your commitment to your session time, regardless of the reason, you are responsible for the full session fee.
Insurance and Reimbursement
I work as a fee-for-service provider and do not accept insurance. Some insurance companies cover all or a portion of medical nutrition therapy or nutrition counseling. As every insurance carrier is different, please contact your insurance provider to determine their policy. I do provide a Super-Bill to support a physician’s diagnosis, for which you are responsible to submit to your insurance company.
Payment
- Payment for your session is due in full at the time of your visit. I accept cash, personal checks, VISA and MasterCard.
- When you purchase a nutrition package, payment of the full package fee is due at your first visit.
- Nutrition packages are neither refundable nor transferrable, and are subject to expiration dates (see specifics under Nutrition Packages).
Individual Session Fees
- 90-minute initial session: $180.00 (required for every new client)
- 50-minute follow-up session: $130.00
- 30-minute follow-up session: $65.00
